Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

4 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Jon Nix!
The judges for this bout are Radbod Blank, Paulsen Ambrosius and Patrick Alders.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Carnevale lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Nix backs up against the cage.
It looks like Jon Nix has been cut.
Carnevale throws a predictable looking body shot
and Nix counters with a flying knee. Nice.
Nix tries to clinch but Carnevale is having none of it.
Nix fails to land the takedown.
Carnevale is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Nix.
Carnevale jabs away that one connects to the head of his opponent.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Carnevale wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
Carnevale steps in with a hook that catches Nix right on the chin and knocks him to the floor! Carnevale follows him down with more strikes and that's all she wrote! Nix looks absolutely devastated.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:44 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Andrea Carnevale!
After winning the bout, Andrea Carnevale thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
