Coming up we have a lightweight kickboxing rules bout between Harry Dane (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Milan Simon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Harry Dane had a look across the ring there at his opponent. He definitely means business

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Harry Dane!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Milan Simon!
The judges for this bout are Aafke Stam, Radbod Blank and Daniel Blasius.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Simon closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the ropes.

Dane wants to get back to striking at distance but Simon won't allow it.
Dane tries to circle away but Simon has him pinned against the ropes.
Simon stalling here - the referee won't stand for too much of that.
Dane is trying to push Simon away but Simon has him pressed against the ropes, so he's going nowhere.
Dane is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the ropes.
Simon's corner are urging him to control the action in the clinch for a moment, rather than mount any serious offense. I'm sure the crowd appreciate those instructions... not.

Dane lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Simon circles away quickly and effectively.

Simon feints a jab promting Dane to slip. Simon then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. Dane slips again and ducks right into an uppercut.
Harry Dane is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Good leg kick by Simon there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.

Simon gets in close and instigates a clinch.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Dane wants to get back to striking at distance but Simon won't allow it.

Simon manages to break the clinch.

Dane gets tackled into the ropes by Simon. Simon maintains the clinch.
Simon stalls.

Simon pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Dane throws a sloppy head kick and Simon moves out of range easily.
Simon scores with a three punch combo!
Dane blocks a head kick by Simon.
Milan Simon seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Simon tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.

Simon rushes Dane and pushes him back against the ropes in a clinch.

Dane fails to land with a short punch on the inside.
Dane is trying to maintain a safe position but Simon gets an underhook and turns Dane into the ropes.

Milan Simon showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. This is the final round!

Well Simon has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
