The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Salace closes the distance and clinches up with Waits, looking for a takedown. Salace pushes Waits against the cage but Waits circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

Waits tries to bum rush Salace with a series of wild strikes but Salace uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
A jab lands there for Waits.

Waits piles on the pressure with more strikes! Salace is flailing away but he's not defending himself and the referee steps in to stop the fight!
