Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Paul Tew, Phil Schofield and Colin Fotheringham.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Elerman moves away from the strike by Barba.
Barba falls off balance throwing a combination
enabling Elerman to counter with a crisp jab.
Barba lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.
Barba takes a swing at Elerman's ribcage but misses.
Elerman shoots in but no luck this time.
A jab lands there for Barba.
Elerman throws a big shot that misses.
Elerman looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Barba is fending him off so far but Elerman persists. Nope, Barba circles away and we're back to standing.
Barba moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body.
Barba looks to land a combination but Elerman avoids it well.
Elerman walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Barba misses with a few strikes there.
Barba stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Barba wants it to stay on the feet.
Frank Barba has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Darius Elerman.
Elerman cracks Barba with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.
Barba fails with an attempt to clinch.
Barba throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Barba clinches.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Barba is trying to slow down the pace in the clinch, to catch his breath.
Barba lands a right hand.
Elerman tries to land a shot to the body but it's blocked.
Barba misses with a hook from the clinch.
Barba slows down the pace here.
Barba lands a hook to the side of the head.
Barba tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage.

Barba lands a right hand that snaps the head of Elerman backwards.
A real battle for position is taking place between these two warriors.
Barba tries to score a body lock takedown but Elerman shows good agility there to stay on his feet.
Elerman presses Barba against the cage and delivers a mid-strength body shot.
Barba misses with a hook from the clinch.
Barba has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate.
Elerman trying to stall but Barba improves his position.

A head punch on the inside from Barba fails to land.
Barba is working hard here but doesn't seem to be able to control effectively, up against the cage.
Elerman keeps control of Barba as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks.
Elerman jumps guard but Barba turns him against the cage and keeps the fight standing.

Barba scores with a shoulder strike.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Elerman can't find room to land a body shot as Barba controls the action.
Elerman trying to stall but Barba improves his position.
Barba throws a blind hook that connects with the side of Elermans head.
Barba breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Elerman scores with a punch to the head.
Barba closes the distance and lands a one-two.
Elerman is rocked!
Barba misses with a straight right.
Oooh a lovely combination from Barba sends Elerman down but not out. Barba dives into side control looking to finish.
Elerman is still in real trouble! Can Barba finish him?
The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.
Barba lands a strong strike to the head of Elerman. That's dazed him! Barba looking to finish here. Elerman is waving his arms around trying to block but he's hurt badly - Barba lands more strikes and the referee steps in to end the fight!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:18 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Frank Barba!
