The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nice uppercut lands for O Doherty. That snapped Micthell's head back.
A jab from O Doherty misses.
Micthell throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around O Doherty's waist but O Doherty gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Micthell off to one side.
Micthell will need to close the distance a bit before he attacks - that leg kick was thrown from too far away.
O Doherty throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Micthell on the side of the head.

Micthell is rocked!

It looks like Suavey Micthell has been cut.

O Doherty lands a big uppercut and Micthell crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Micthell looks OK. O Doherty waves Micthell back to his feet!
Oh Micthell is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
O Doherty throws an uppercut from hell that sends Micthell clean off his feet! He's out cold! O Doherty stands back and admires his work as he thinks about that KO of the night award that is surely being wrapped up for him back stage.
