Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Emmanuel Zsorats (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Zevran Arishok (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Paulsen Ambrosius, Patrick Alders and Nard Betker.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Arishok misses the jab.
Zevran Arishok seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Zsorats lands a leg kick that knocks Arishok off balance momentarily.
Zsorats feints and then cracks Arishok's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Arishok down.
Arishok bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Zsorats's head.
Zsorats avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Arishok fails with a takedown attempt.
Arishok takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
Arishok throws a nice inside leg kick.
Zsorats throws a half hearted mid kick.
Arishok scores with a hook to the body. Zsorats takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.

Arishok throws a hook to the side of Zsorats's head but Zsorats sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Zsorats fakes a jab and throws a low kick but Arishok checks it well.

Arishok looks to score with a jab to the body but Zsorats is just out of range.

and Arishok counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
That kick from Arishok tenderised Zsorats's leg. Zsorats is trying to keep his angry face on.
Zsorats has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Arishok finds it's way round the side to connect with Zsorats's head.
Zsorats throws a wild body kick that Arishok sees coming a mile off.

Arishok takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.
Arishok instigates a clinch.
Arishok blocks a couple of punches on the inside.
A nice right hand lands inside from Arishok.
Arishok misses with the head strike.
Arishok throws a punch but it's blocked by Zsorats.
Arishok breaks from the clinch.
Zsorats bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Good leg kick by Zsorats there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
Arishok tries to close the distance and clinch but Zsorats swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Arishok throws a looping overhand right but Zsorats ducks down to avoid it.
Zsorats with a nice looking leg kick. You could hear that one land in a back row.

Arishok tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Zsorats was well out of range. Poor timing from Arishok.
Zsorats turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.
Arishok throws a solid leg kick but Zsorats takes the impact on his shin and smiles at Arishok.
Arishok gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.
Zsorats trying to control the position from guard on top but Arishok is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Zsorats throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Arishok works some decent striking defense from the bottom.

Arishok is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
Zsorats pushes down on Arishok's leg and manages to get into half guard.
Arishok wants to control but Zsorats is keeping busy and won't allow it.
Zsorats tries to pass the half guard into mount. Arishok knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

The fighters are starting to get sweaty, which will make takedowns a bit more tricky.

Arishok scores with a crisp jab that stopped Zsorats in his tracks.

Zsorats shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in side control! That's better than Zsorats was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!

Zsorats is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Arishok has escaped the position, nice work there.
Zsorats is looking to take a break and control but Arishok is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
Arishok really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Zsorats. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Zsorats is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Arishok is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.

Arishok is looking for a sweep.
Zsorats wants to control but Arishok is keeping him busy.
Zsorats looks up at the clock and then as Arishok takes his cue and looks up at the clock too, Zsorats smacks him right in the chops with a big elbow! How rude!
A lull in the action here.
Arishok tries to buck Zsorats off but Zsorats is having none of it.

Arishok is persisting with the attempt to improve his position.
Zsorats working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it.
Zsorats misses with a strike but at least he's keeping busy, looking to cause some damage - that will still help him when it comes to the judges scorecards.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Arishok wants to control but Zsorats postures up.
The referee tells the fighters to keep busy.
Arishok is not content to let Zsorats control the position.

The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Zsorats has an Americana. Arishok didn't react quickly enough there and he's in big trouble now! He tries to squirm out but is forced to tap! Zsorats is delighted and gyrates in front of the ring girls. They seem to like the attention - it'll be interesting to see if Zsorats hooks up with any of them at the after show party.
