The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Norris rushes Bagginson and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
Bagginson gets double underhooks to prevent a takedown attempt from Norris.
Bagginson can't break the clinch.
The fighters are pressed against the cage, as the pace of the fight slows.
Bagginson wants to get back to striking at distance but Norris won't allow it.

Norris pulls guard successfully.
Norris throws some sloppy strikes off his back.
Norris will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Bagginson wants to control from the top but Norris keeps moving.
Norris wants to get back to his feet but Bagginson is in a dominant position and won't allow it.

Bagginson is looking to stand up but Norris won't let him.

Norris looking for a guillotine here but Bagginson defends easily.

Norris has an omoplata and is looking to use it perhaps as a submission or perhaps to transition. Bagginson is in a bit of discomfort here, but he's managed to free himself and has dived into side control! That didn't work out too well for Norris.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

Bagginson decides to take the fight back to the feet.
Bagginson tries to clinch but Norris is having none of it.
Norris tries to clinch up but Bagginson circles away and keeps his distance.

Norris shoots for a double leg takedown but Bagginson sprawls well. He's pushed Norris's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.

Norris really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

Bagginson stands up and beckons Norris to join him on the feet.
Bagginson shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.

Bagginson is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Norris lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook.

Bagginson is rocked!

Norris shoots in for a takedown. Oh, that's a huge slam! Bagginson is on queer street and Norris is pounding down on him with a barage of strikes. The ref is forced to step in and stop the fight. Great finish!
