Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Emerson Jorge, Seu Braga and Luis Engracia.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Do Pinto shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Do Pinto showed some decent athleticism there.
We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace.
Do Pinto slows the pace down in half guard.
Do Armario might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
Do Armario controlling the position well.
Do Pinto wants to control but Do Armario is keeping him busy.

Do Armario has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Do Pinto is working away from the top position though.
The ref stands the fighters back up. Mario Do Armario wasn't doing enough on the ground.
Do Pinto feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
Do Pinto stopping the sweep attempt from Do Armario.
Do Pinto must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.
Do Pinto is stalling in the full guard.

Do Armario is trying to control the position but Do Pinto postures up.
The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up.
Do Armario changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Do Pinto looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
Do Armario has hold of Do Pinto's arm here. He's working for an Americana. It looks like he might have it! Do Pinto tries to escape but he's just digging himself in deeper - Do Armario cranks the arm and Do Pinto screams in pain! The ref makes a decision and ends the fight before the tap - no complains from Do Pinto, who is just happy to have his arm attached to his body.
