Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Dante Paul!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Paul tries to clinch but fails miserably

so Turner counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility.
The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.
Paul is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Turner is controlling him.
Turner passes easily into side control. Nice work.
Paul is trying to improve his position.
Turner tries to score with some ground and pound. Paul controls his posture well this time though and the shots don't do any damage.

Paul is looking to regain half guard here but Turner keeps moving and retains side control.

The crowd are loving this. Great action here.

Dante Paul seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Horrible takedown by Paul or perhaps it was just good defense by Turner which made him look bad.

Steve Turner has forced the referee to step in and bring the fight back to the feet.
