Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 6 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Jun Moroba!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 7 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Nate Ross!
The judges for this bout are Ben Zyskovitsi, Marco Blurström and Roosa Järviläinen.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Moroba avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Moroba dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Ross misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Moroba uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Ross.
Moroba lands with a good body shot.
Ross lands with a cross.


It looks like Jun Moroba has been cut.
Moroba comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.

Moroba clinches up with Ross and pushes him back against the cage.
Knees in the clinch landing for Moroba.
Moroba wants a takedown but no success here.

Moroba has clasped his hands together around Ross's back... aaand, he's got a takedown into side control. Nicely done.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Moroba thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.
Ross prevents Moroba from improving position.
Ross is pushing Moroba's head away, looking to escape. Moroba manages to hold on to the position though.
Sloppy strikes there by Moroba.

Moroba working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it.
Moroba has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Moroba wants to control but Ross is keeping him busy.

Ross sneaks out the side door and pushes Moroba away - he's back to his feet. The crowd show their appreciation for the escape.

Ross feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Moroba sprawling to the canvas! Moroba rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Ross finish him?!


Moroba is rocked!

Moroba showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Ross.
Oh Moroba is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Ross stuffs the takedown attempt from Moroba. Moroba gets slowly back to his feet.
Moroba walks into a picture perfect straight right hand from Ross! He's gone down face first to the canvas, unconscious before he even hit the floor! Ohhhh. My. Goodness! That boys and girls was a beautiful knockout! Give that man a biscuit!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:40 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Nate Ross!
During a confident post fight interview, Nate Ross thanked all his fans. He seemed very genuine when describing how motivated his fans keep him.
