Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Zizi Tomphson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Terry Burns (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Tomphson gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.
Burns must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.
Tomphson throws a couple of weedy looking strikes off his back.
Burns tries to free his leg and advance position but Tomphson is retaining full guard.
Tomphson has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Tomphson manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Burns manages to get himself to full guard.
Burns really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Tomphson. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Burns can do anything to dispel that myth.
Burns wants to improve his position but instead Tomphson has moved into half guard.
Burns tries to regain full guard. Instead though, Tomphson has advanced to mount. Uh oh.

Burns tries to hold on but Tomphson postures up.
Tomphson throwing shots from mount but they're not landing.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Tomphson wants to control the pace but Burns is squirming around nicely.

Burns is trying to stand but he's just given Tomphson his back.
