The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
May tries to close the distance and clinch up but Williams swats him away and circles back towards the center.
May has his takedown stuffed
and Williams counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.

May throws a chopping leg kick but Williams manages to avoid taking any serious damage.
May showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Williams.
May shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
