Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jack Buzynski (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tank Hammer (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Buzynski comes into the arena with Wavin Flag by K'naan blaring out of the sound system. Hammer is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Distubed. I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Tank Hammer!
The judges for this bout are Elvis Blanc, Gregory Folan and Ian Loll.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hammer throws a series of punches but Buzynski moves out of range.
Hammer circles away from the clinch attempt.
Hammer thows a left - swing and a miss!
Buzynski avoids a punch combination nicely.
Buzynski shoots in but Hammer avoids the takedown attempt easily.

Hammer keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Buzynski.

Hammer moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body.
It looks like Jack Buzynski has been cut.

Buzynski stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Hammer swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.
Hammer tries to clinch but Buzynski moves out of range.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.
Buzynski has his takedown stuffed
and Hammer counters with a one-two to the body.
Tank Hammer seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Hammer darts in and out, connecting with a jab.
Buzynski shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Hammer as he jumps to the side.
Buzynski is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
Jack Buzynski's cut is getting worse.
Hammer steps into range and cracks Buzynski with a monster punch that buckles his knees! Buzynski flops backwards and Hammer dives into his guard looking to finish!

Hammer has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Buzynski is proving hard to escape from.
Buzynski seems keen to control rather than go for a submission, at least for now.

Buzynski wants to take a breather but Hammer is having none of it.
Buzynski perhaps working for something from half guard, or maybe not. It looks like he's just sitting there.
Hammer is trying to stand back up but Buzynski is controlling him
Buzynski is trying to control the action in half guard but Hammer is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard.
The ref stands the fighters back up, due to lack of action by Jack Buzynski.
Buzynski fails with a takedown attempt.
A left and a right from Hammer both land. Nice combination.
A combination from Hammer does no damage.
Hammer lunges at Buzynski with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Buzynski's hand.
Hammer throws a wild combination but nothing lands.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Tank Hammer dominated that round.

That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.
Buzynski drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
