The judges for this bout are Paul Gruel, Chris Saunders and Jeff Smith.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fry tries to score with a leg kick but it misses it's target.
Fry tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Fry throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Beck has closed the distance and engaged Fry in a clinch.
Beck jumps guard.
The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up.
Beck has a closed guard, preventing Fry from standing up.
Beck working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Fry doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Oh but Beck is tightening it up a little... Fry has to be careful here... He's got his foot tucked under now, this looks tight! Fry reacted too slowly and this one could be over in a matter of seconds! YES! Fry taps out! Nice BJJ there by Beck!
