Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Tony McCann (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Pyotr Alexeyevich Romanov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Romanov is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Iron Maiden - Alexander the Great. We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
McCann throws a big shot that misses.

McCann had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Romanov is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. McCann Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Romanov's back instead.

Romanov is staying cool under pressure, defending well against the rear naked choke attempt from his opponent.
Romanov really doesn't want to stay on the ground with McCann. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

McCann is working really hard to secure the rear naked choke. Romanov defends successfully for a significant amount of time. Both fighters are looking very determined.

That was a close second round but I would say that Tony McCann will probably get the nod.
