Potku's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Bad Meets Evil - Fast Lane. The crowd giving both fighters a great reception on their way into the arena. That's good to see.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Potku pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Violator throws a lazy uppercut
and Potku counters with an inside leg kick.
Potku catches Violator with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!
Potku has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Potku there as he acknowledges the shot.

Potku clinches.
Violator tries to land a knee to the body but he is off balance and Potku avoids it.
Potku struggles to land a body shot inside as Violator controls his hands.

Potku slows down the pace here.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Violator wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Potku has him pressed against the cage.
Violator is looking to score with knees to the body. Maybe he'll change it up and go body then head. Potku is defending well for now.

Potku tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Violator throws a right hand that Potku ducks under and follows up with a left that Potku also avoids with ease.
Potku goes for a high kick. It partially lands.

It looks like Danny Violator has been cut.
Potku throws a right high kick that is partially blocked by Violator.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Potku lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook.
Potku scores with a crisp jab that stopped Violator in his tracks.

BAM! Potku delivers a spinning backfist that drops Violator like a ragdoll! This is all oooooveeeer! He was out before he hit the ground!
