Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Carlos Silva (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Suneet Chandler (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Silva comes to the cage accompanied by Darude - Sandstorm . The crowd seem to be enjoying Chandler's choice of entrance music: Trendy. Suneet Chandler has the better chin. The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Chandler throws a series of punches but Silva avoids them all with ease.
Silva fails to land the takedown.
Silva shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Chandler sprawls well. Chandler wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Silva gets slowly back to his feet.
Silva dives in and grabs Chandler's left leg, looking for a takedown. Chandler pushes down on Silva's head and hops out.

We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.

Chandler tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though.

Chandler thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.
Silva is looking to regain half guard here but Chandler keeps moving and retains side control.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Chandler quickly switches position and commits to an armbar! It's a big risk for Chandler but it's paid off an Silva is forced to tap! Nice work by Chandler.
