Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Ben Coveny (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bruce Lee (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Coveny comes to the cage accompanied by George Thorogood - Bad to the bone. We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Bruce Lee!
The judges for this bout are Gwen Towbar, Wesley Smith and Cecil Peabody.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lee avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Coveny is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Lee.
Lee tries to clinch but Coveny moves away
and Lee takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Lee lands with a kick to the temple. Coveny shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?"
Coveny misses the shot to the body.
Lee ducks under a wild hook from Coveny.
Lee tries to move into range but Coveny moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.
A head kick lands from Lee that sends Coveny to the canvas. Coveny tries to scramble back to his feet but Lee brings him back down into side control.
Coveny is rocked!
It looks like Ben Coveny has been cut.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Lee happy to just control the position for now.
Oh Coveny is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
Coveny seems to have got his legs back now.
That's one minute gone in the round.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
The ref stands the fighters back up. Bruce Lee was stalling too much, according to the referee.
Coveny misses the shot to the body.
Coveny scores with a jab to the body.
Lee tries to close the distance and clinch up but Coveny swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Coveny throws a right hand that misses
and Lee counters with a lovely shot to the body.
Lee throws a head kick that half lands.
Coveny cracks Lee with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd.
Coveny takes a shot to the body in his stride.
Coveny is breathing heavily.
Lee closes the distance and pushes Coveny back into the cage.
Lee lands a shoulder strike that jolts his opponent's head backwards.
Some stalling of biblical proportions here from Lee.
That's three minutes gone in the round.
Coveny is trying to break the clinch but Lee is controlling him.
Coveny tries to work over Lee's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target.
Lee scores with an uppercut up the middle.
Lee softening up his opponent with strikes, against the cage.
Lee pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Lee fails with an attempt to clinch.
Coveny throws a right hand that misses
and as Coveny loses concentration momentarily, Lee counters with a picture perfect head kick! Coveny goes down, out cold! The referee rushed in to check on his condition - I'm sure he'll be ok but that was a massive knockout!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:33 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Head Kick). Bruce Lee!
