Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Ronaldo Diaz (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mickey Finn (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Ronaldo Diaz had real problems making weight for this fight. After initially coming in at 186.0lbs, he had two hours to make the official fight weight. He made it but it will have taken a lot out of him to cut those extra few pounds. Man, I cannot wait for this one!

Diaz drops back, looking for a kneebar! Finn looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Finn looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Finn!

That was a close round but I would say that Ronaldo Diaz will probably get the nod.
OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.

Finn throws a head kick but Diaz moves out of range.
Diaz shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Finn pinned against the cage. Finn gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.

Diaz has an omoplata and is looking to use it perhaps as a submission or perhaps to transition. Finn is in a bit of discomfort here, but he's managed to free himself and has dived into side control! That didn't work out too well for Diaz.

Diaz changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Finn tries to avoid it but Diaz manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Finn to the ground. Finn escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

Mickey Finn showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.

I really don't envy Diaz right now.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Finn is trying to stick to Diaz's back but Diaz is turning into Finn. He's managed to reverse the position - now he's in Finn's guard. Polite applause from the crowd in appreciation of some nice Jiu Jitsu by Diaz.
