Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Wangjannoi Payakaroon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Micah Magnum (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Payakaroon comes to the cage accompanied by thai fight music. Micah Magnum is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Magnum misses the jab.

and Payakaroon moves into the clinch.

Magnum is trying to trip Payakaroon. He has hold of a leg but Payakaroon is hopping around, keeping his balance for the moment. Magnum persists though and gets the takedown into guard.
If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Magnum has control of Payakaroon's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and Payakaroon regains control of the situation pretty easily.

Magnum throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Magnum closes this distance looking for a takedown but Payakaroon circles away.

It looks like Micah Magnum has been cut.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Micah Magnum seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Payakaroon feints and then cracks Magnum's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Magnum down.
Payakaroon throws an overhand right from the outside, which connects and sends Magnum stumbling backwards into the cage! Magnum bounces back off the cage towards Payakaroon, who cracks him with a two punch combination that drops him to his knees! Payakaroon lands two more shots before the referee has chance to intervene - what a finish! Payakaroon celebrates with his corner as the crowd cheer loudly.
