Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Rolle Johnsen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jesus Jones (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Johnsen comes to the cage accompanied by Black Sabbath - Snowblind. The crowd giving both fighters a great reception on their way into the arena. That's good to see.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Johnsen throws out a leg kick but Jones moves out of range and Johnsen only half commits.
Jones connects with a crisp jab.
Johnsen connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.
Johnsen thuds his shin into the meat of Jones's side.
Jones uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Johnsen.
Johnsen throws a sloppy head kick and Jones moves out of range easily.
Jones throws a nice inside leg kick.
No joy there for Jones, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Johnsen tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Jones paws at him with a jab and circles away.

Johnsen misses with a jab, cross combination.
Jones smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button.

Jones throws a nice looking combination but Johnsen bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.

Jones connects with a leg kick. Johnsen looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it.

Jones scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Johnsen doesn't seem bothered though.

Jones closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Johnsen quickly recovers to half guard.
Jones is trying to control the action in half guard but Johnsen is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Jones prevents Johnsen from standing back up.

Jones seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Johnsen does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.
