The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mayhew shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Jorgensen as he avoids it easily.
Mayhew on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot.
Mayhew takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.
Jorgensen jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Sven Olaf Jorgensen seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Mayhew moves into range and clinches up with Jorgensen.
Jorgensen wants to break free but Mayhew has control.

Mayhew breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Jorgensen throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Mayhew shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Jorgensen but Jorgensen pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Jorgensen uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Mayhew.
Mayhew sizes up Jorgensen with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.

It looks like Sven Olaf Jorgensen has been cut.
Mayhew cracks Jorgensen with a left hook right on the temple and Jorgensen goes down! He's out! Referee! Stop the fight! Mayhew lands a few more punches before the dopey ref steps in - hopefully Jorgensen is OK!
