PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Deidara Zetsu (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Genghis Khan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Zetsu's entrance music is Cudi The Kid. A fine choice. I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

With a record of 9 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Genghis Khan!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

It looks like Deidara Zetsu has been cut.
Khan tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Zetsu was well out of range. Poor timing from Khan.

Khan feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Zetsu sprawling to the canvas! Zetsu rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Khan finish him?!

Zetsu is rocked!
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Khan throws a wild body kick that Zetsu sees coming a mile off.
Khan lands with a good body shot.
Zetsu throws a hook but Khan avoids it easily.
Khan throws a solid leg kick but Zetsu takes the impact on his shin and smiles at Khan.
Zetsu keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Zetsu misses with an attempted mid kick.
Zetsu lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.
Zetsu lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.
A nice inside leg kick there by Khan. That's going to slow Zetsu down.
Khan lands a jab to Zetsu's midsection.
Khan throws a sloppy head kick and Zetsu moves out of range easily.
Khan misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Zetsu drops his hands momentarily and Khan takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.
Zetsu tries to score with a low kick but Khan moves his leg out of the way.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Zetsu.
Zetsu throws a wild body kick that Khan sees coming a mile off.
Zetsu moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot.

It looks like Genghis Khan has been cut.
Khan misses with an uppercut. Zetsu saw that one coming.
Zetsu avoids the body shot from Khan.
Khan looking to take his opponent's legs away with the low kicks.
Zetsu misses with a looping right.
Zetsu slips a jab from Khan.
Khan lands with an overhand left.

Deidara Zetsu's cut is getting worse.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Khan throws a looping overhand right but Zetsu ducks down to avoid it.
Khan throws a monster overhand right that drops Zetsu! Khan follows up with more strikes from mount and the fight is all over!
