Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Elmo punishes al Hadj's body with a nice straight punch.
Elmo lands with a shot to the body.
Elmo fakes a jab and then connects with a hook.
al Hadj blocks the body kick.
al Hadj tries to close the distance and clinch up but Elmo swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Elmo fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but al Hadj avoids it really well and circles away.
al Hadj throws a leg kick but Elmo moved away.
Elmo steps to the side to avoid the strikes from al Hadj.
al Hadj lands a glancing blow to the side of Elmo's head.
A jab lands there for al Hadj.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Elmo fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt al Hadj.

Elmo shoots in looking for a takedown but al Hadj manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Elmo's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.

Elmo blocks a knee to the body. He'll have a nicely bruised forearm in the morning.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

That was a close round but I would say that Mohamed al Hadj will probably get the nod.
