The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Egomitis is looking to slow Hardy down with leg kicks.
Egomitis scores with a head kick.
Egomitis slaps away a takedown attempt from Hardy, before circling back to the center of the mat.

Egomitis lands a big uppercut and Hardy crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Hardy looks OK. Egomitis waves Hardy back to his feet!

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Egomitis leaves Hardy with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Oh Hardy is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Hardy looks to throw the jab but Egomitis is out of range.
Egomitis feints a jab and as Hardy dips his head, Egomitis unleashes a brutal head kick that catches Hardy right on the jaw! Timbeeer! Hardy falls backwards in slow motion, only propped up by the cage! Egomitis smiles a psychotic smile as he stares down his unconscious opponent. That is a scary man.
