The judges for this bout are Taro Takaoka, Yukihiro Shimada and Shigeki Fujiwara.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Do takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it.
Do scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.
Do throws a head kick that misses.
Sanches lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Do fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Do tries a head kick but it misses.

Do throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Sanches tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Do was well out of range. Poor timing from Sanches.
Do throws a right high kick that is partially blocked by Sanches.
Sanches misses with an uppercut. Do saw that one coming.
Sanches avoids the head kick by Do.
A solid leg kick lands there for Sanches.
Sanches throws a leg kick
enabling Do to counter with a crisp jab.
Do uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Sanches.

Sanches throws a nice inside leg kick.
A looping hook to the body misses from Sanches. Do does a little dance to reset his feet.
Do avoids a low kick by using good footwork.
Do tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Do throws a lazy head kick
and Sanches counters with a nice uppercut.
Do pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Sanches paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.

Do is rocked!
This has been an exciting period of action!
Sanches connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.
Do is still on wobbly legs! Can Sanches finish him?

Sanches is stalking Do. Do circles to his left. Keeps circling left. Bam! Straight right from Sanches, and it's lights out! Do really payed the price for that rookie mistake.
