Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Rinta Pelle (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Donald Fraser (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Fraser is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Sirius. Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 24 - 22 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Donald Fraser!
The judges for this bout are Mauricio Rocha, Thiago Cunha and Paulo Santos.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pelle displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Fraser throws out the jab.
Fraser throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Pelle on the side of the head.

Pelle creates a bit of distance and throws an elbow that only just misses.

Donald Fraser seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Fraser cracks a nice hook into Pelle's ribs.
Pelle gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there.

Fraser swings wildly with an uppercut but Pelle uses good head movement to avoid it.

Fraser has used his reach advantage pretty well so far tonight.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Fraser drops Pelle with a naaaaasty hook - Pelle is in real trouble here! Fraser dives in to side control and pounds out his opponent for a TKO victory! The crowd goes nuts!

After the fight, Donald Fraser was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
