Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Pekka Woodhead!
The judges for this bout are Ben Zyskovitsi, Johanna Lukiainen and Roosa Järviläinen.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Woodhead gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Marques to score an easy takedown into full guard.

Marques drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Marques jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
Woodhead looking for a sweep. Not yet Woodhead, not yet.
Marques passes Woodhead's right leg, so he's now in half guard.
Woodhead is looking to improve his position.

Marques is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Woodhead is just riding it out for now. Marques eventually gives up the hold.

Marques is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Woodhead defends it well.
Woodhead is looking for a sweep. Marques is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.

Marques is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Woodhead sees it coming and defends easily.
Woodhead wants to get back to full guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
This has been an exciting period of action!

Marques is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Woodhead is just riding it out for now. Marques eventually gives up the hold.

Marques in half guard on the top. He's looking for a kimura... He's got it locked and he's managed to free his trapped foot. Woodhead tries to escape but it's on too tight and he has to tap! Great BJJ skills there from Marques!
