Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Yukihiro Yamamoto, Shigeki Sano and Hirohito Nitta.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Garcia shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Tennant lands a jab to the nose.
A leg kick checked by Garcia.
Tennant stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Tennant wants it to stay on the feet.
Garcia tries to close the distance and clinch up but Tennant swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Tennant moves in looking to clinch but Garcia pushes him off.
Garcia shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Tennant manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.
We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon.
Tennant pulls Garcia in to control the position.
Tennant controls Garcia momentarily but Garcia frees himself.
Tennant keeping moving, preventing Garcia from controlling successfully.
A real slowdown in the pace of the fight for a moment, as Tennant holds on and takes a little breather.
Garcia works a leg free and moves into half guard.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Garcia is looking for a kimura but Tennant is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Garcia to get the leverage.

Garcia is thwarting Tennant's attempts to control the position.

Both fighters really going for it on the ground here!
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
David Tennant has forced the referee to step in and bring the fight back to the feet.
Tennant misses with a series of wild punches.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Tennant is defended easily by Garcia.
Tennant wants to clinch up but Garcia keeps it at a distance.
Garcia checks a low kick from Tennant.

Garcia seems like he's working for an arm triangle here. He's freed his trapped foot and he's rotating nicely. Tennant is in big trouble! He's tapping out! This one is aaaaaaaaaaaall over!
