Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Da Silva cracks the inside of King's front leg.
A jab lands there for King.

King uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Da Silva.

and King counters with a three punch combo that has Da Silva backing up. Da Silva nods at King to acknowledge the strikes.
King throws a right and a left that both miss.

Da Silva moves into the clinch.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Da Silva tries to land a knee to the body but he is off balance and King avoids it.
Da Silva connects with a nasty looking knee right to King's face.

King gets double underhooks and manages to take the fight to the ground.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Da Silva got a little sloppy there for a moment and King has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Da Silva has managed to get both his arms back between King's legs - danger averted.
King will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
