Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Tadashi Masaru (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bobby Bruce (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Bruce's choice of entrance music: Joy Division - Atmosphere. Bobby Bruce told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Masaru throws a wild combination but nothing lands.

Tadashi Masaru seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Masaru throws a right and a left that both miss.

Bruce lands a big head kick that sends Masaru tumbling to the mat! Bruce takes a step backwards and waves Masaru back to his feet - he wants the finish!

The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Masaru is holding his hands too far apart here. Bruce throws a hard, straight punch right down the pipe and BOOM! Masaru is out! That punch landed square on the jaw - what a shot!

Bobby Bruce was full of energy after the big win and talked about how he thinks he can do big things in this sport. The crowd were appreciative of his determination to succeed.
