The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rua throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Rua throws a right high kick that is partially blocked by Ala.
Ala swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Rua makes him pay by landing a thudding low kick.
Rua goes for a high kick. It partially lands.

Ala gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here.
Rua lands an elbow just above Ala 's eye.
Good anti-grappling being displayed by Ala as Rua tries to tie him up.
Ala throws a knee to the head but misses.
Rua unloads a knee to the mid-section.

Rua is struggling to control the position.

Rua connects with a nasty looking knee right to Ala's face.

Ala is rocked!
Rua lands an elbow just above Ala 's eye.
Oh Ala is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
