Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Ankur Khan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Urijah Faber (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Khan comes to the cage accompanied by "Liquid Grave" by Kryptos. Faber has chosen Choke - Red Jumpsuit Apparatus as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Ankur Khan could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Urijah Faber's chin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Faber cracks Khan with a right hand to the side of the head.
Khan swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Khan throws a low kick but Faber avoids it.

Khan walks into a jab.
Khan lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.

and Faber counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.
The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up.
Faber wants to pass the guard but Khan is keeping the position.

Faber swings around for an armbar but it's a sloppy attempt and Khan is now in Faber's guard. A big mistake from Faber there, giving up the dominant position!

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Ankur Khan.
