The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Edward closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
Edward thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed YourLuck's head.
Edward tries to pass to full mount but YourLuck defends it.

Edward is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.
Edward wants to lay and pray for a moment but YourLuck keeps working.
YourLuck is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.
YourLuck taking some punishment here, with Edward in his half guard.
Edward knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for YourLuck on the ground.
Edward wants to stand up but YourLuck has a hold of him and won't allow it.
Edward tries to pass to full mount but YourLuck defends it.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.

Edward looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard.

Edward is trying to get back to his feet now but his leg is trapped.
Edward wants to take a breather but YourLuck is having none of it.

Edward stands up from half guard... He's had enough of that ground malarky for the time being.

Edward shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat.
Edward is breathing heavily.

YourLuck looking to try and escape his hips here, looking for a submission. It looks like he's going for a triangle but Edward is defending well.
