Tien tries to clinch up but Savage circles away and keeps his distance.
A head kick misses from Tien.
Manny Tien seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Tien has managed to clinch.
Tien leaning against his opponent.
Savage is looking for a takedown up against the cage. Tien gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt.
With the two fighters working up against the cage, Tien just misses with a elbow thrown towards Savage's brow.
Tien ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Tien no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard.
Savage postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Tien is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Savage, into his guard.
Savage tries to land a sweep but no joy.

Savage is actively looking for submissions from his back. He's worked himself a little space on the bottom and seems to be going for a triangle. No, he's switched into an armbar! That was slick! Tien rolls with it to try and escape but Savage cranks on the arm and Tien is forced to tap out! This one is aaaaaaaaall over!
