Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Taka Sho (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tommy MacKenzie (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). MacKenzie has chosen Kettel - My Dogan as his entrance music. The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 6 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Tommy MacKenzie!
The judges for this bout are Steve Smith, Gregory Folan and William Peck.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sho misses with a body kick.

MacKenzie shoots in and bounces Sho off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.
We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon.
Sho trying to punch from his back but it's not doing any damage.
MacKenzie trying to control the position from guard on top but Sho is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.

MacKenzie got a little sloppy there for a moment and Sho has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, MacKenzie has managed to get both his arms back between Sho's legs - danger averted.
Sho is trying to control the position but MacKenzie postures up.

MacKenzie drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Sho manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now MacKenzie has Sho in his guard.
MacKenzie looking to hit a scissor sweep but Sho is one step ahead there.

MacKenzie had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Sho defends it easily.

Sho has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Sho accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
MacKenzie is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.
MacKenzie wants to sweep but no luck.

MacKenzie is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Sho defends well.

MacKenzie is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.

Sho throws a big elbow that misses.

Sho throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as MacKenzie works some decent striking defense from the bottom.
Sho loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry.
Sho lands a couple of digs.
MacKenzie looking to sweep here. No luck so far.

MacKenzie has his feet on Sho's thighs here. He's pushed Sho off and worked for a very quick armbar from the bottom! He's flipped onto his stomach and he's cranking hard on the arm! Sho screams in pain and taps out! This one is all over!
