Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Kyle Yikes (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Random Collective (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Collective is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Barricade. Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

The judges for this bout are Ian Loll, Dillan Fox and Yves DeLean.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Collective displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Yikes throws out the jab.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
Yikes avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Collective fails with a takedown attempt.
Yikes fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Collective manages to avoid it.
Yikes swings for the body but Collective moves out of range.
Yikes throws a shot from downtown. Collective moves away and avoids it.
Collective punishes Yikes's body with a nice straight punch.

Yikes lands a left and a right that send Collective crashing to the mat, dazed. Yikes thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!

It looks like Random Collective has been cut.
This has been an exciting period of action!
A looping hook to the body misses from Collective. Yikes does a little dance to reset his feet.

Collective shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Collective showed some decent athleticism there.
Yikes tries to kick Collective off in order to stand up. Collective Avoids the leg push though and dives into side control.

Collective decides to take the fight back to the feet.
Yikes fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Collective manages to avoid it.
Collective slips a jab and a cross from Yikes.
Collective takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it.

Yikes tries to bum rush Collective with a series of wild strikes but Collective uses good footwork to avoid the assault.

Collective dives in and grabs Yikes's left leg, looking for a takedown. Yikes pushes down on Collective's head and hops out.
Collective uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Yikes.

Collective feints and as Yikes raises his hands in defense, Collective changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.

Collective ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Collective no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Yikes wants to control from the top but Collective keeps moving.

Yikes lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Collective circles away quickly and effectively.

Yikes drops Collective with a beautiful combination! Collective stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Yikes is looking for the KO!

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Collective takes a jab right on the kisser.
Yikes throws a hook but Collective avoids it easily.

Yikes tries to bum rush Collective with a series of wild strikes but Collective uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
No joy there for Yikes, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
The fighters are starting to get sweaty, which will make takedowns a bit more tricky.
Collective dips to his left and cracks Yikes with an uppercut!
Yikes is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Collective.
Collective wants to clinch.
Yikes just misses with a punch to the body.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Yikes avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Collective tries to clinch but Yikes is having none of it.
Collective shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.
Yikes throws a series of punches but Collective moves out of range.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.

Collective on the wrong end of a decent looking cross there.
Collective lands a lovely overhand right.
Yikes throws a lazy right hand but Collective sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Yikes scores with a decent looking hook.

Yikes feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Collective sprawling to the canvas! Collective rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Yikes finish him?!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Collective is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Yikes pulls him back up using the underhooks.
