Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between David Leblanc (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Blake Sims (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Sims's choice of entrance music: AC/DC - Thunderstruck. Leblanc has a slight injury, which hopefully won't affect the fight too much. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The judges for this bout are Russell Pearce, Eddie Farnsworth and Chad Campbell.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Leblanc tries to clinch but fails miserably
and Sims counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Leblanc is breathing heavily.
Leblanc staying out of range there.
David Leblanc seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Leblanc manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Sims on his heels. He'll look to pass Sims's guard now, I'm sure.
If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup.
Sims has his foot on Leblanc's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Leblanc works his way back into a safe position though.
Sims looking to sweep here. No luck so far.
Sims seems keen to control Leblanc's posture.
Sims manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Sims lands with some vicious ground and pound - can Leblanc hang on?
Oooooh, big shot lands for Sims! Leblanc is hurt baaadly! Sims is firing away with more strikes - Leblanc is covering up... the ref is warning him to do something. He's just covering up though still and the ref has to step in to end the fight! This one is all over!

During a confident post fight interview, Blake Sims thanked all his fans. He seemed very genuine when describing how motivated his fans keep him.
