The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Killen lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook.

This is turning into a torrid day at the office for Phan. He's trying desperately to land a takedown but he's failing miserably and getting slapped silly on the feet to compound his misery.

Killen moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body.
Phan looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Killen is fending him off so far but Phan persists. Nope, Killen circles away and we're back to standing.

Phan dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Killen. That did some damage!

Killen looks to land a combination. Phan sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots.

Phan tries to break free but Killen pushes him back against the cage.

Phan's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Killen motions for Phan to come forward. Killen throws a leg kick but it misses it's target.
Phan avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Killen throws a right hand that Phan ducks under and follows up with a left that Phan also avoids with ease.

Killen moves into range and clinches up with Phan.
Killen is looking for a takedown up against the cage. Phan gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt.

Killen manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Phan manages to get himself to full guard.

Well Killen has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
