Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Brilliant Brian Winchester (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mauricio Melendez (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Melendez has chosen World Destruction as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. The fight MMA fans around the world have waited their entire lives for!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Winchester pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Brilliant Brian Winchester seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Melendez walks into a straight right hand from Winchester.
Winchester takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.
Melendez takes one on the chin but seems OK.
Winchester pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way.
Winchester lands a right hook to the body.
Winchester throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.

Melendez moves into the clinch.
Winchester really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Winchester stops a takedown attempt from Melendez.
Winchester wants to break free but Melendez has control.

Melendez jumps guard and drags Winchester to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back.
Winchester wants to stand but Melendez has a closed guard, so he can't escape.
Melendez manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Winchester manages to get himself to full guard.

Melendez is looking to work some ground and pound but Winchester has wrist control.

Melendez drops back looking for a leg! Winchester is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Winchester manages to kick Melendez off! Melendez jumps back into Winchester's guard.
Winchester utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.
Winchester wants to stand and escape but Melendez is having none of it.
Winchester knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Melendez on the ground.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Melendez wants to control but Winchester is keeping him busy.
