Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Richard Pounder (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sergey Mikhalok (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Mikhalok's choice of entrance music: Ты ни при чём?. I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Sergey Mikhalok was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mikhalok misses the jab.
Mikhalok fails with an attempt to clinch.
Sergey Mikhalok seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Mikhalok moves in looking to clinch but Pounder pushes him off.
Pounder takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.

It looks like Richard Pounder has been cut.

Mikhalok shoots in for a takedown and gets it.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Pounder had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Mikhalok defends it easily.
Mikhalok must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.

Pounder bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Mikhalok's guard.

Pounder got a little sloppy there for a moment and Mikhalok has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Pounder has managed to get both his arms back between Mikhalok's legs - danger averted.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
