Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Cevada Bacon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Anderson Nogueira (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Cevada Bacon has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 6 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Cevada Bacon!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Anderson Nogueira!
The judges for this bout are Felipe Paraventi, Edson Gomes and Seu Braga.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nogueira stuffs the takedown attempt from Bacon. Bacon gets slowly back to his feet.

Nogueira moves into the clinch.
Bacon has had enough of the clinch but Nogueira keeps him there for the moment.

Nogueira works for the underhooks and manages to get a trip takedown into guard.
The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.
Bacon can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Nogueira controls the pace.

Bacon seems keen to control rather than go for a submission, at least for now.

The ref calls for a clean break and stands the fighters back up. Anderson Nogueira wasn't active enough on the ground.

Bacon has his foot on Nogueira's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Nogueira works his way back into a safe position though.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Nogueira is moving around in side control but his primary objective seems to be to maintain the position.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

That's time! Bacon's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.

Bacon is looking for a takedown up against the cage. Nogueira gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt.

Nogueira closes the distance and clinches.
Bacon tries to pull guard but Nogueira forces him back to his feet, against the cage.
Bacon drops down for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Nogueira blocks an elbow strike from Bacon.
Nogueira drops down looking for an ankle pick but Bacon pulls his leg out and moves away.

Nogueira bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.

Nogueira wants to get up but he can't break Bacon's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here.

Nogueira sitting in guard doing not very much at all here. Bacon doesn't need a second invitation though! He's locked up a guillotine and he's squeezing tight! That is tiiiiiiiiight! Nogueira paying the price for stalling here - he's pushing hard on the arm trying to free himself but it's no use! He's tapped! WOW, quick submission from Bacon - great work!
