Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Mario Fry (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Marko Kersikov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Kersikov's choice of entrance music: Hollywood Undead - Undead. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The judges for this bout are Josh West, Roger Salmon and Paul Gruel.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fry throws a head kick but Kersikov moves out of range.
Kersikov looks to throw the jab but Fry is out of range.
Fry fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Kersikov manages to avoid it.
Fry checks a low kick from Kersikov.
Kersikov just misses with a punch to the body.
An inside leg kick from Kersikov misses.
Fry fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Kersikov.
Fry thuds a mid kick into his opponent's body. That will wear on Kersikov if he has to take too many more of those.
Kersikov takes a push kick to the midsection and stumbles backwards.
Kersikov checks a low kick from Fry.
Kersikov moves into range and lands a nice leg kick.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Kersikov throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Fry stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Fry throws a leg kick but Kersikov sees it coming and checks it nicely.

Fry throws a solid leg kick but Kersikov takes the impact on his shin and smiles at Fry.
Fry doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
Fry on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.
Kersikov lands a right hook to the body.
Mario Fry seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Fry is breathing heavily.

Kersikov thuds his right hand into Fry's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.

Fry takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.

Kersikov drops Fry with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Fry looks back up at him and smiles so Kersikov waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.

Fry is rocked!

Kersikov finds Fry's off switch, with a big overhand right that connects perfectly to the side of the head! Fry flops back against the cage, eyes gazing into the distance. Kersikov lands an unnecessary shot before the referee has time to step in and end the fight. Brutal stuff but I'm sure Fry will be OK.
