The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Hendricks moves into range and clinches up with Snack Cakes.
Hendricks tries a knee to the head but Snack Cakes blocks it.
Hendricks working on landing some head shots here - that one got through nicely.
Snack Cakes tries to break free but Hendricks pushes him back against the cage.
A short right hand to the side of the head by Hendricks.
Snack Cakes is looking to break free of the clinch but Hendricks has double underhooks.
Snack Cakes is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the cage.
Hendricks lands a body shot.
Hendricks tries to work over Snack Cakes's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target.
Snack Cakes wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Hendricks has him pressed against the cage.

Hendricks breaks the clinch.
Snack Cakes takes a swing at Hendricks's ribcage but misses.
Snack Cakes is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
A left and a right from Snack Cakes both land. Nice combination.

Snack Cakes shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Hendricks counters with a good low kick that Snack Cakes was not able to check.
Hendricks tries to clinch up.
Hendricks pushing out the jab but it's not landing.
Snack Cakes shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Hendricks sprawls well. Hendricks wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Snack Cakes gets slowly back to his feet.
Hendricks throws a right high kick that is partially blocked by Snack Cakes.
Snack Cakes circles away from the clinch attempt.
Hendricks lands a nice hook to Snack Cakes's body. Snack Cakes takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.
Hendricks uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Snack Cakes.

Hendricks swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Snack Cakes.
Snack Cakes walks forward, straight into a front kick from Hendricks.
Snack Cakes looks winded!
Snack Cakes thows a body shot but no joy.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Snack Cakes has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Snack Cakes there as he acknowledges the shot.
Snack Cakes shoots in but Hendricks avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Johny Hendricks has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Debby Snack Cakes.
Snack Cakes misses with a left hand
and Hendricks counters with a nice low kick that buckles Snack Cakes's knee momentarily.
Hendricks keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Hendricks takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.
Hendricks scores with a jab to the head.
Hendricks leaves Snack Cakes with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.

A telegraphed takedown attempt from Snack Cakes is defended easily by Hendricks.
Snack Cakes walks into a jab.
Hendricks bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Snack Cakes's head backwards.

Hendricks lands with a slapping head kick.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Hendricks lands with a right and another and another! Snack Cakes is in big trouble! Hendricks lands again and this time it's lights out for Snack Cakes! A quality knockout there for Hendricks.
