Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 5 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, General Battery!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 6 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Jim Beam!
The judges for this bout are Timothy Bukovac, and Jack Bonds.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Battery lands a high kick to the side of Beam's head that stuns him and send him tumbling down to the canvas! Battery dives into guard, looking to finish.

It looks like Jim Beam has been cut.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Beam wants to sweep but no luck.
Battery will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
Beam throws a couple of shots from the bottom but they don't land.
Beam is looking to sweep but instead, Battery has passed into half guard.
Battery prevents Beam from improving his position.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Battery stands up and beckons Beam to join him on the feet.
An inside leg kick lands from Battery.
Battery throws a jab but it's blocked by Beam.
Battery drops Beam with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Beam looks back up at him and smiles so Battery waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.
Beam shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Battery pinned against the cage. Battery gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
General Battery seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Beam looks gassed!

Battery tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Beam paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Battery misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Battery throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.

A head kick by Battery - that's a beauty! Beam is out but he's somehow still standing... he's going... going... gone. Like a drunk walking down the middle of the road, the inevitable face plant follows and the delayed knockout arrives. Even Battery can't help but laugh at the bizarre end to this one!
