Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Captain Caveman (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Riley Marshall (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Caveman comes to the cage accompanied by Captain Caveman Intro. Marshall has chosen I Shot the Sheriff by Eric Clapton as his entrance music. Captain Caveman has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Marshall instigates a clinch.

Marshall lands a left hand that snaps the head of Caveman backwards.

A bit of stalling here from Marshall.
Caveman blocks a punch to the side of the head.
Caveman gets an overhook and lands an elbow to the side of the head.
Marshall throws a knee to the head but misses.
Caveman is looking to score with knees to the body. Maybe he'll change it up and go body then head. Marshall is defending well for now.
Caveman misses with an elbow over the top.
Marshall is working hard here but doesn't seem to be able to control effectively, up against the cage.

Caveman creates a bit of distance and throws an elbow that only just misses.
Marshall throws a vicious knee straight up the middle but Caveman blocks it with crossed arms.

Marshall fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Caveman looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.

Marshall throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Caveman looks to land a right hand but Marshall moved out of range.
Marshall has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Marshall there as he acknowledges the shot.
Marshall checks a low kick. Bone on bone - not my idea of a good time.
Marshall thows a body shot but no joy.
Marshall connects with a good right hand that stumbles Caveman. Caveman circles away out of range and recomposes himself.
Caveman ducks down and throws a hook to the body.
A nice leg kick lands there from Caveman.
The fight stays on the outside here - Caveman looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Marshall keeps the fight on the outside.

A looping hook to the body misses from Marshall. Caveman does a little dance to reset his feet.
Marshall has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Caveman.
Caveman dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Riley Marshall seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Caveman moves out of range of the strikes.
Sloppy strikes from Marshall. Those never looked like landing.

Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Marshall on the defensive, avoiding the knees to the body.

Marshall escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Caveman takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it.

Oh Caveman is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Marshall misses with a straight right.
Marshall throws an overhand right that lands on Caveman's shoulder, as Caveman tries to avoid the shot.
Marshall connects with a nice cross there... Caveman is looking wobbly and Marshall recognises it - he's rushed in and lands two more brutal shots that send Caveman to the canvas, out cold! A brutal finish to the fight - Marshall jumps onto the cage to celebrate with the crowd!
