Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Degen Gambler (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Gegard Mousasi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

21 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Gegard Mousasi!
The judges for this bout are Cecil Peabody, Wesley Smith and Gwen Towbar.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mousasi lunges at Gambler with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Gambler's hand.
Gambler throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Gambler thows a body shot but no joy.
Gambler lands with a nice body punch.
Mousasi throws a quick inside leg kick.
Sloppy strikes from Gambler. Those never looked like landing.
Mousasi avoids the head kick by Gambler.
Gegard Mousasi seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Mousasi lands with a hook. Gambler tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Mousasi lands a leg kick that knocks Gambler off balance momentarily.
Mousasi displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Gambler throws out the jab.
Gambler stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Mousasi.

Mousasi is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot.

If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup.

The ref stands the fighters back up. Gegard Mousasi was stalling too much, according to the referee.

Mousasi throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Gambler stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.

It looks like Gegard Mousasi has been cut.
Mousasi throws a low kick, looking for Gambler's leg but Gambler calmly moves out of range.

Gambler has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Gambler there as he acknowledges the shot.
Gambler stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Mousasi.
Mousasi throws a wild body kick that Gambler sees coming a mile off.

Gambler throws a right and a left that both miss.
Mousasi lands a leg kick and bounces back out of range.
Degen Gambler is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Mousasi fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.
Mousasi throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Gambler tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Mousasi is in Gambler's guard.
Mousasi not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Gegard Mousasi has forced the referee to step in and restart the fight on the feet.
Mousasi bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Gambler's head backwards.
Mousasi attempts a low kick but it misses it's target.

Mousasi pushes Gambler up against the cage in a clinch.

Gambler stays in close to his opponent and throws a right hand to the body.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Mousasi tries to land a shot to the body but it's blocked.

Gambler throws a head punch that misses.
Gambler dictating the pace here, as the fighters clinch against the cage.
An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Gambler.

Mousasi can't find room to land a body shot as Gambler controls the action.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

Gambler misses with a body punch.
A head punch on the inside from Mousasi fails to land.
Mousasi throws a blind hook that connects with the side of Gamblers head.
Gambler tries to work over Mousasi's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Gegard Mousasi dominated that round.
The cut man is working on Gegard Mousasi's cut.
The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!
A big right from Mousasi misses.
Gegard Mousasi seems to be getting the better of the standup.
Gambler walks forward, straight into a front kick from Mousasi.
Mousasi drops his hands momentarily and Gambler takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.
Mousasi pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way.
Gambler scores with a kick to the midsection.
Gambler takes a kick to the body and keeps moving.
Mousasi clobbers Gambler with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Mousasi swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Gambler.
Mousasi connects with a solid leg kick.
Mousasi fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.
Mousasi fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Gambler has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.
Mousasi lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.
Gambler is hobbling a little on that front leg after taking quite a few leg kicks so far in this fight.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Mousasi lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Gambler is looking to wear down Mousasi with body shots, infact he's throwing more body shots than head shots at the moment.

Mousasi fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Gambler looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Mousasi is looking to slow Gambler down with leg kicks.
Mousasi throws a nice outside leg kick.
Mousasi thumps Gambler with a low kick.
Mousasi drops Gambler with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Gambler looks back up at him and smiles so Mousasi waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.
Gambler is rocked!
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Mousasi connects with a picture perfect right hand that knocks Gambler out cold! This one is over in a flash!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:32 of round 2, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Gegard Mousasi!
After winning the bout, Gegard Mousasi thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
