Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Jake Reed (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Billy Faragher (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Reed's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Motörhead - Bomber. The key to victory for Jake Reed has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Reed tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Faragher was well out of range. Poor timing from Reed.
Reed throws a nice looking combination but Faragher bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Reed lands with a good body shot.
Faragher ducks under a wild hook from Reed.
Reed throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Reed lands with a head kick! That's gotta hurt.
Reed throws a low kick but it's checked well by Faragher.
Reed throws a wild body kick that Faragher sees coming a mile off.

Crunch! Reed slams his shin into Faragher's torso.
Reed does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.
Reed throws a hook but Faragher avoids it easily.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

A bone on bone clash there as Faragher blocks the leg kick.

Jake Reed seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Reed throws a hook but Faragher blocks it.

Faragher's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Reed connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Faragher scrambles back to his feet.

Reed throws a push kick but Faragher slaps the foot to one side.

Faragher misses with a hook. Reed ducked under it nicely.

Faragher moves into range and clinches up with Reed.
Reed has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate.
Faragher turns his back and goes for a hip toss. It's a bit messy but it gets the job done and Faragher manages to end up in side control.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Reed prevents Faragher from moving into mount.
Reed on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Reed tries to get out of the position.
Faragher grinds an elbow into Reed's temple.
Faragher tries to cartwheel into mount but he doesn't manage it.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Faragher cracks Reed with a big right hand but Reed just smiles back at him and invites him to have another go.

Faragher postures up a little and throws a couple of hammerfists but they don't connect properly.
Faragher wants to control but Reed is keeping him busy.
Faragher tries to score with some ground and pound. Reed controls his posture well this time though and the shots don't do any damage.
Faragher has worked his way into a potential kimura here. Reed is trying to get out of the position but his squirming has just got him deeper into trouble. Faragher yanks on the arm and Reed is forced to tap due to a very painful looking submission! Nice work by Faragher.
