Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Adam Malysz (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Krzysztof Jarzyna (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Krzysztof Jarzyna!
The judges for this bout are Taro Takaoka, Shirou Masuda and Yukihiro Yamamoto.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Jarzyna shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat.
We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace.
Jarzyna is stalling in the full guard.
Malysz controls Jarzyna momentarily but Jarzyna frees himself.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Jarzyna stays in close to Malysz's body and controls the position.

OK we're going to have a standup here. Krzysztof Jarzyna hasn't been effective enough on the ground and the referee wants a restart.
Jarzyna takes a body punch but keeps moving.
Jarzyna is looking to clinch.
Malysz really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Jarzyna thows a body shot but no joy.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Malysz cracks Jarzyna with a right hand to the side of the head.
Malysz fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Jarzyna looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.

Jarzyna manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Malysz on his heels. He'll look to pass Malysz's guard now, I'm sure.
Jarzyna advances to half guard.
Jarzyna moves nicely into side control.

Jarzyna has an Americana. Malysz didn't react quickly enough there and he's in big trouble now! He tries to squirm out but is forced to tap! Jarzyna is delighted and gyrates in front of the ring girls. They seem to like the attention - it'll be interesting to see if Jarzyna hooks up with any of them at the after show party.
