Kwon tries to free his leg and advance position but Taines is retaining full guard.
Kwon missing there with some ground and pound from the guard.
Kwon throwing strikes from guard but Taines blocks nicely.
Taines is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Kwon defends well.

Taines manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!
Taines is working on an americana here. Ooh, that looks pretty nasty! Nope, Kwon has managed to escape the submission attempt.

Taines is in full mount, looking to secure a guillotine but Kwon is surviving well by controlling Taines's body position as best he can.
BOOM! Taines connects with a massive shot to the dome!
